The customer’s toilet supply line experienced a slow leak

This customer’s toilet supply line experienced a slow leak that caused damage to multiple areas of the home. The loss affected the bathroom, hallway and a section of the bedroom and living room. Our highly trained technicians began the restoration process by removing the baseboards and kick plates in the bathroom. They discovered the bathroom cabinet was affected with mold growth, so they proceeded to remove the cabinet as well. The wall was also affected, therefore, our technicians performed a 2ft flood cut in the bathroom. Additionally, the living room was adjacent, and the baseboards received a 1ft flood cut due to mold growth. In completion, the laminate flooring in the hallway and living room was removed because of the severe water damage.
